Would You Like More Self-Confidence

Do you know in what areas and situations you lack self confidence?

Have you ever sat down and asked yourself what makes you feel uneasy and uncomfortable?

Does the idea of attending social events make you feel anxious or nervous? Does the thought of making a presentation make you feel tense or uptight?

Identifying the areas and situations that give you those feelings is very useful and beneficial to you.

I believe the primary reason for these nerve-racking feelings is because you lack self confidence in yourself. The perturbed or edgy, troubled or uncomfortable gut reactions are ways that your unconscious mind tells you that you are short of self confidence in these situations.

For you to have more self confidence at a party where you don’t know many people, for example, breathe in deeply through your nose and exhale through your mouth and then immediately head towards someone, anyone, and quickly introduce yourself. Then ask that person’s name followed by a question about themselves.

By taking a couple of deep breaths you regain focus, self confidence and control of your emotions.
